Faith and Freedom | Carpenters’ Hall

We know that the Second Continental Congress met in Independence Hall, but before the Revolution, that location housed all three branches of Pennsylvania’s colonial government. So, when the First Continental Congress gathered, they met at Carpenters’ Hall. In this episode, Drs. Peter Lillback and Steven Grant tell the story of the Continental Congress—and the first thing these founders did together was worship God, even though many had concerns about praying together.
