Pastor Steven Grant leads us on a pilgrimage through the land where Jesus walked. In this final episode, we visit important sites around Jerusalem. We will see the Western Wall (also known as the Wailing Wall) — all that remains of the temple built by King Herodthe Dome of the Rock (the Islamic shrine to Muhammed), and the Al-Aqsa Mosque, built on the site of the Second Temple (where Jesus taught). We also visit Yad Vashem (the Holocaust Memorial). We then travel south to the fortress of Masada, built by King Herod as his summer palace atop a 1300-foot mountain. Coming toward Qumran, we see the caves where the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered. Masada and Qumran lay on the shore of the Dead Sea, the lowest place on the planet. Its water and mud are so dense with salt that nothing grows, but people come to experience its medicinal properties.

Although this series has barely scratched the surface of a real visit to Israel, we hope you have been blessed with the highlights and stories told by Pastor Steven.
